What To Expect When You Visit -You will be warmly greeted by the members. - We stand as the Lord’s Supper is brought to the table, demonstrating our respect and reverence. Once the elements are placed, we are seated. - We sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs making melody within our hearts without the use of instruments. (Ephesians 5:19) - Scripture will be read. (I Timothy 4:13) - Stand on last verse of a chosen prayer song and remain standing for the opening prayer. (Colossians 4:2-4) - Lord’s Supper that remembers Jesus’ life, death, and resurrection. (Matthew 26:17; Acts 20:7; I Corinthians 11:26ff) We partake every Lord’s Day (Sunday) - Collections for the saints (I Corinthians 16:1-2) Our members give as they have been prospered to meet the needs of the church. Guests are not asked or expected to give. (If you have a guest card, you may place that in the plate as it passes) - Active, relevant Bible teaching (Titus 2:1; I Timothy 4:6-11) No creeds or headquarters, just the precious words of God.
